15 WOODLANDS LOOP is a Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) initiative more than 20 years ago to cater for the relocation of food business. Back then, these businesses have the option to buy these strata units.

Located in the North of Singapore, 15 Woodlands Loop is a multi-tenanted ramp up 5 stories food factory with regular squarish layout, exhaust provision, grease trap with a high ceiling. On level 5 of the building is an open car park to cater for business vehicle fleet. The design of this factory is very functional that the same design is found in many other food buildings like Mandai Foodlink. Being a pioneer multi-tenanted food factory it houses many traditional food businesses and eventually they outgrew the space and move to a bigger food factory.

JTC has also recently announced an option to extend the leases for owners located there with an additional 10 years. With this extension, upgrading works are also in placed to give this development a new lease of life.
